Uniforms
GAIS is a Co - educational residential school with students coming from various backgrounds. It is necessary to follow a clear dress code to maintain the sanctity of the School. The School has designed smart uniforms to ensure comfort and uniformity. The dress code must be strictly adhered to. Any violation will attract disciplinary action.
Nursery to Grade II :
- Maroon Polo T-Shirts with Full-length Beige Trousers
- Winters- Sweaters
- Shoes- Black
- Belt: Black
- Socks - Brown with Beige Stripes
Grade III to Grade VIII :
- White Shirts with Cream color Trousers for BOYS
- White Shirts with Maroon & White Check Skirts for GIRLS
- Maroon color Ties: Elastic fit up till Grade V. Regular fit ties grade VI onwards.
- P/E Uniform: House colour Polos with Tracks
- Winters- Sweaters and maroon stocking for GIRLS only
- Shoes- Black
- Belt: Black
- Socks- Brown with Beige Stripes
Grade IX to Grade XII :
- White Shirts with Cream color Trousers for BOYS
- White Shirts with Maroon & White Check Skirts for GIRLS
- Maroon color Ties: Regular fit.
- P/E Uniform: House colour Polos with Tracks
- Winters- Blazers and maroon stocking for GIRLS only
- Shoes- Black
- Belt: Black
- Socks- Brown with Beige Stripes
SCHOOL UNIFORM
All students are expected to come neatly dressed to school. Uniforms must be washed and ironed before wearing them to school.
Shoes must be polished and laces tied at all times.
For boys, hair should not be abnormally long. For girls, hair must be neatly tied / pinned in place. Colouring the hair is not acceptable.
